courtesy of retorp. Pours orange/copper haze, thin white head. Aroma is malty, hints of caramel, grainy with some corn sweetness. Flavor, similar to aroma, caramel malts, possibly corn?, sweet palate.

Amber to bronze in color with a smallish, but lasting cream colored head. Very sweet in the nose with caramel along with sweet and tart fruit, as well as a hint of spice. Very sweet flavors, that gradually lead to some dry wood and alcohol. Spice in the finish and linger. Bits of alcohol. I do catch a bit of malt really late in the linger. For some reason it is starting to grow on me, but I’m still only able to take small sips. A winter type brew, a bit like fruitcake. Ok once and a while and then just in small servings.

Thanks retorp for the share. Pours amber with a white head. Nose is malt, light fruit, banana, and sweet esters. Flavor is same with berry, banana, sweetness, and other interestingness. Lingers with sweetness. Medium bodied and pretty interesting.

Courtesy of Ramoned. Pours deep cloudy gold with thin off white head. The aroma is very sweet with malts, caramel, more caramel and then mixing with both caramel and molasses. Did I say it smells sweet? The taste is actually similar with sweet sweet malts and caramel to go along with a brief oasis of subtle roasted malts. There is little else going on here than that. I get no real sense of the sizable ABV.

Coppery amber with a sad attempt at ecru foam. Strange aromas of grape soda, Middle Eastern restaurant, and corn chips. Equally odd flavor consists of caramel, chocolate covered raisins, and anise. Flabby mouthfeel despite tingly carbonation. Burnt popcorn finish and phenolic aftertaste. Don’t bother.

The beer itself was no great shakes, but oh the name and the label...me thinks they are enough to make this a great beer! Poured a light amber with a fluffy white head. Nice lacing on that glassware! Aroma of biscuit and caramel malts with some subtle plum type fruit smells. Flavor has a nice dark fruit start, fading into some caramel and some booziness. Not a horrible beer by any means.
