3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle @ the Great Best Wesern Las Cruces tasting of 2013 with yarn connoisseur, Rachel. Pours a clear yellow appearance with a pearl white head. Really rich pale grainy malty, big straw, quite herbal aroma. A touch sweet, a bit corny, rich straw, herbal/floral, somewhat spicy hoppy, straw flavor. Not bad.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Head is initially small, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs), with a hint of honey.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Rather nice, actually. Bright hop nose. Not bitter enough, but pretty decent otherwise.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from beerboxer. Pours clear yellow with a foamy white head and a light floral aroma. There is a rich pilsner malt flavor with a yeasty presence and a sllghtly bitter finish. This is a refreshing brew that has more flavor than many pilsners.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Clear golden with little carbonation or head, yet some air adhered to the glass. It has the aroma of a vegetable basket, very earthy. This is a smooth drinker, but flat. It’s pungent without any bitterness. An odd malt-sweet blend. My old experiences with Rio Grande was inconsistency.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20
bottle-pours a hazy pale yellow with a small white fizzy head. Grainy, diacytl aroma that was just plain bad! flavros are mostly grainy with notes of haygrass with the diacytl present. thin palate and cardboard finish. this is bad!
