COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has an unmistakable roasted chili aroma and flavor without being too hot. The whole chili is used to infuse the beer with a mild green chili flavor and leaves you with just a hint of heat on the back end.

Brewed as Rio Grande Brewing Company, Moriarty, NM.

12oz bottle pours out a crisp straw topped with white head. Nose is all green chilli and jalapeno peppers. Taste is corn grain and a touch of peppers on the end.

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2015 Bottle at Elvis’s house. Scared that WAM helped brew this. Overall nice with some lingering green chile spice; spicy not hot. Fine.

Pours a golden color with no head to speak of. Aroma of green chili, with a veggie sweetness. Taste of grren chili with a light malt sweetness. Mild bitterness and a fairly clean finish. Light body andquite smooth. Not a bad beer for what it is.

It poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma was of green chilis, malt and some water. The taste was of green chilis, vegetables, water and some malts. Decent.

Despite the watery taste it still tastes better than bud light and it's aroma is wonderful. Hint of green chili in the taste still it's not a special beer for sure.

Clear gold pour no head. Strong fresh chilies aroma. Tastes like chilies, sugar, slight chocolate. Base beer has crappy budweiser flavor. Chili flavor elevates it quite a lot, but still eh...

Bottle:   Straw colored, thin sudsy white head, little lacing.   Peppers on the nose, green, red, yellow, orange, all bell peppers.   Soft peppers on the start, otherwise grassy.   Clean, soft pepper nose and flavor.   No real heat.   Not half bad, at least interesting.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Clean finish, soft bell pepper flavor profile with a touch of straw/hay and grass.   I like the fact that there is no heat.

12oz bottle in a taster. Pours light golden with a small head. Aroma of pale malts, chile, and light dough. Flavor the same. Light texture. Not the best beer, but better than a lot of peppered pale lagers.

Enjoyed at the Pink Taco in Vegas. Pours a slight hazy, light golden colour with a fizzy head that disappears quickly, leaving no lacing. Grainy sweet nose with honey notes. The taste is not as sweet though, and finishes very quickly with hints of tequila agave, in the aftertaste. Overall, watered-down and not sure where this one trying to head for.

Bottle at twin peaks in Vegas. I detect very little heat. No head no lacing. No aroma. Meh. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
