Danish.

English: Our India Pale Ale is traditionally brewed out of water, pale ale barley malt, dry roasted wheat, hops and brewer’s yeast. The result is a strong, aromatic, extra-hopped and beautiful golden beer. The IPA is a classic sailor’s beer, with an extra addition of the natural conserving element of hops so that the beer could keep though the long sea journey around the Cape all the way to India, when it was a British colony. The joke is of course that the beer was so good that it never made it off the island, and stayed to become a typical English pub beer.

Clear golden, airy offwhite head. Malty, grassy aroma. Flavour is similar, sweetish, alcohol. Weak hint of citrus. Not what I expect from an IPA.

Alt for tynd.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours clear golden with a airy, off-white head which quickly vanishes. Aroma of hops, citrus fruits and a light malty touch. Bittersweet flavoured with a not particular pleasant acid sourness in the middle. Malt, grassy along side. Medium bodied, average carbonated. Sharp around the edges, unbalanced and nothing like an IPA. Disappointed.

Below average IPA, and one could easily mistake it for at hoppy pilsner. Cascade hops? Really? Non-detectable! Just a plain brew with some hoppy notes, but not in any way dominant. Quite dissapointing

Bottle from Super Brugsen - golden pour with small white head. Sweet malty and fruity, grassy, too sweet and pretty rough round the edges, not great.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Served from bottle after a couple of months with cold temperature. Light orange (hazy), medium head that disappears after some time.Odour is great; sweet and fresh and reminds of early spring. Taste is also very good, because it’s one of few IPA I have tasted, which sweetness lasts into the end. Not bitter at all and not too sweet. After a while the beer becomes kind of boring though.
