COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Humle tilsat under urtkogningen i to tempi.

500 ml bottle, from NETTO, Denmark. ABV is 6%. Organic. Mahogany coloured beer, moderate off-white head. Nice aroma of malts, caramel and brown bread, some burnt notes in the background. The flavour has also notes of malts and caramel, but is not very sweet. Burnt notes and dusty hops in the finish. Not exceptional, but still one of the better beers I’ve had from Rise.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden brown to amber with a fully diminished off-white head. Mild spiced and hoppy aroma. Flavour is mild spiced and caramelish dry base flavour. Towards light breadish yet with a distinct acidic touch too. Ends spiced and light bitter on top of a lasting breadish note.

Bottle @ YNWA, Kolding.
Pours a nice, clear chestnut colour with a small, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is mild, slightly roasted, some rubber. Medium carbonation, a tad on the thin side. Flavour starts with a light metallic note, some good roastiness and a fruity plum-like edge. Okay dry hoppy finish with some cocoa-powder mixed in.
