Daymark is a classic, crisp American pale ale brewed with spicy Columbus and Centennial hops. The addition of locally grown rye deepens the flavor and dry hopping yields a bright floral aroma.

A slightly opaque yellow body with a white head that had nice retention and lace. Aroma had mild toasted malts a mix of floral and citrus hops and a bit of rye. Flavor had a nice bitterness to it rye was somewhat mild and the citrus hops were restrained. Light on the palate but otherwise a nice beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A very light tasting slightly hopped brew. Golden with a medium head. Not too much going on. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dry, knotty hop aroma, hints of spicy rye. Yellow witbier like appearance. Sharp bitter, nearly hot flavor profile. Lively and crunchy though not heavy. Nice APA, light rye influence.

Reviewed from notes. The appearance has a hazy light brown colored body with a frothy one finger white head that lasts a good two minutes. There are some bubbles on the sides of the glass separate of the head. There is very little lacing as the beer goes down. The smell is based around the hops, whereís the rye? hmmm... I do not notice anything else, no malts, ok, no big deal I guess. The taste is centered around the hops with a touch of malts ever so slightly in the background. There is some coriander that comes in close to the end of the beer. On the palate, it sits about a light to medium, and is quite creamy with a citrus/hops tang leaving a slight bite in the mouthfeel. Basically, for lack of better words, it is fun. I like it. I would say this is a pretty drinkable beer. Overall, this is a good beer. I have been enthralled by the appearance. I would have this again. I will ask this: is this a Rye Beer or an American Pale Ale? Whatever, it doesnít matter to me.

Murky, yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma is musty with some light citrus. Grainy flavor, a little spice, citrus and yeast. Nice finish, lingering spice and floral hops. Different. Easy drinking and pleasant on the palette. Really liked this one.

Light floral pale ale with some very light spicy rye to keep it interesting. Another good beer by Rising Tide.

16 oz. draft. Golden light amber pour with a decent head, plenty of lacing. Taste is a nice hop bite but not a lingering one. Pretty clean finish for an APA. Malt is slightly sweet to balance it. Pretty good brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from somewhere in PTown. The 3rd bottle Iíve bought that was well over a year old. This was 13 months. Caramel maltiness, orange rind, diminishing bitterness. Would like to try fresh as other beers Iíve had from them were solid

In short: A yeasty and very hoppy (floral-fruity) blond IPA with a sharp bitterness and a medium rye presence. Good.
How: Bottle 22oz, consumed fresh soon after purchase.
The look: Cloudy blonde body topped by a persistent medium white head.
In long: The medium-hoppy nose proposes an inviting bouquet boosting peaches and lemons over a big bed of flower petals. Body is doughy and fluffy with plenty of soft bubbles, a Belgian-ish mouthfeel. Taste has plenty of bready malts with a medium rye presence, halfway between a baguette and a rye-bread. Very much hop-forward with an assertive bitterness where the sharp lemony and grapefruity bite dominates the softer floral character of the beer. This so-called rye-beer (current ratebeer style is Specialty Grain) is dominated by the hopping, it is more an IPA than anything else. My only problem with this beer was the strong yeast presence, lots of yeast here, too much so for the style imho, and that lowers the refreshing aspect of a beer like this. Still pretty good.
