Pours clear gold with a medim white head...great lacing and retention. Aroma has nice spicy grapefruit and pine notes. Flavor has grapefruit, sotnefruits and pine...very nice hop profile. Mouthfeel is light and silky with a fruity/herbal dry finish with good bitterness. This beer is excellent...on tap @ Novare Res.

Yellow to orange, small head. Super floral, some citrus, basement backbone, some grass. Sharp hops in aroma and taste. Long dry mouth feel. (At the De Molen tasting)

650ml bottle. Aroma is strong and a good balance of hops hitting all the pine, grapefruit, floral and spicy notes. Colour is a hazing pale yellow with a hint of orange. Huge pure white whipped cream head that lasts a long time and leaves ample lacing. Taste is mostly hops, but not too bitter. Light citrus tang and malt sweetness. Body is very light and dry. Overall, a very good American pale ale. If you are a fan of the style I would recommend it.

22oz bottle. Pours golden with a white head, decent lacing and alot of sediment at the bottom of the pour (be careful). Big hop aroma. Notes of grapefruit, pine, pepper and rye. I would not consider this a pale ale but I do consider it delicious. If you are a hop head and don’t mind bitter, this is a good one.

On tap at Barleyfest - Hadley, MA. Really solid and bring citrus and tropical pine aroma. Lovely lupulin. Prickly flavors of hops and pale malt lend a really clean and fresh edge to this beer. Balance, delightfully flavorful in hops, and complex in the malt build. Really, really nice.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2012 Fresh bottle. Pours a orange amber hue with a soft white head. Notes of bright citrusy, grapefruit, pine hops. Touch of resin. Nice and juicy. Pleasant clean toasted nut and rye malt back. fair amount of dry somewhat astringent resin kicks in as it warms. Dry mouthfeel. Clean well made tasty beer. Like it.
