Daymark is a classic, crisp American pale ale brewed with spicy Columbus and Centennial hops. The addition of locally grown rye deepens the flavor and dry hopping yields a bright floral aroma.

Pours clear gold with a medim white head...great lacing and retention. Aroma has nice spicy grapefruit and pine notes. Flavor has grapefruit, sotnefruits and pine...very nice hop profile. Mouthfeel is light and silky with a fruity/herbal dry finish with good bitterness. This beer is excellent...on tap @ Novare Res.

Floral hoppy aroma with a spicy malt backing. Peppery spice. Has a tropical hop in the finish but the peppery spice dominates. Descent beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

At the source: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is lemon and rye. Taste is lemony with a nice rye finish that does not overpower the pale ale character. Pretty good. Refreshing.

12oz bottle thanks to dmac! Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color with a finger of foamy white head. Aroma has hints of tropical fruit, lemon and grapefruit zest, urin, and grains. Taste of lemon zest, grainy malts, grass, and urin. Aroma is much better then the taste. Overall meh.

12oz bottle thanks to Ace. Poured a hazed straw gold body under a smaller foamy white head. Aroma is solid, honey topped toast, grassy hops, light citrus. Flavor is less citrus and more flowery with a hint of earth. Medium body, average carbonation and a quicker fading aftertaste.

On draft at the Thirsty Pig. The pour is a darker golden yellow. Mostly clear, but a little dark. There is a thin white head that falls down, leaving a good lace. The aroma is juicy and light. There is a light hop presence, but for the most part itís thin. The flavor is the same. Lift hops and a hint of bitter hops, but it drinks like water. The mouth feel is thin and watery with a light carbonation and a very thin finish. The aftertaste is lingeringly juicy hop and a little leafy green.

Draft at pastoral. Pours orange with a thin white head. Lots of lacing in the glass. Solid leaf notes on the nose. Lots of hop notes on the tongue. Finished clean. Solid example of style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
