Daymark is a classic, crisp American pale ale brewed with spicy Columbus and Centennial hops. The addition of locally grown rye deepens the flavor and dry hopping yields a bright floral aroma.

On draft at the Thirsty Pig. The pour is a darker golden yellow. Mostly clear, but a little dark. There is a thin white head that falls down, leaving a good lace. The aroma is juicy and light. There is a light hop presence, but for the most part it’s thin. The flavor is the same. Lift hops and a hint of bitter hops, but it drinks like water. The mouth feel is thin and watery with a light carbonation and a very thin finish. The aftertaste is lingeringly juicy hop and a little leafy green.

Draft at pastoral. Pours orange with a thin white head. Lots of lacing in the glass. Solid leaf notes on the nose. Lots of hop notes on the tongue. Finished clean. Solid example of style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured a slightly hazy gold color with a thin head. Only got a faint aroma of citrus and grass. Body was light to medium and pretty smooth. Get some citrus up front with a somewhat unpleasantly bitter finish. It’s okay
