Daymark is a classic, crisp American pale ale brewed with spicy Columbus and Centennial hops. The addition of locally grown rye deepens the flavor and dry hopping yields a bright floral aroma.

Pours clear gold with a medim white head...great lacing and retention. Aroma has nice spicy grapefruit and pine notes. Flavor has grapefruit, sotnefruits and pine...very nice hop profile. Bottle. Pine and spruce aroma. Bright and complex hop profile, with a mix of citrus and pine. Balance more on the hop side with lingering bitterness but accessible to the non hop heads.

Pours straw like with a nice head from bottle. Aroma is a pretty piny hop. Super fresh. Taste is not very bitter but super hoppy flavored. Not really my thing but super flavor full and well executed.

Ok tap at the source. Pours yellow almost artificial color. White head. Looks kind of like urine. Aroma is lemon and citrus hops. Flavor is really sweet lemon, really nice. Like candy. So tasty. Not too bitter either. Floral as well. This is very excellent.

On draft at Bull Feeney’s. Quite a first beer from these guys. Rye adds some spicy nuttiness to a balanced APA. Very complex with some surprising sweet notes in the mix.

Bottle from The Drinkery, Londonderry NH. Aroma is light malt with strong floral/citrusy smell. Appearance is hazy yellow with massive foamy white head with decent retention and foamy lacing. Taste is mildly sweet taste of melon/rind in the first half and then more strongly sweet and fruity second half. Palate is medium bodied with creamy texture with soft carbonation and long finish with mild bitter at the very end. Overall, intriguing aroma and taste, nice appearance, and pleasing palate. High marks all around.

Draught and bottles since debut, most recently Spring 2015.
Hazy golden body has a small but fairly well-retained head.
Fresh, aromatic, floral hops in the nose are fragrant but boast no heavy acidity or pine, which seems like a big accomplishment these days, when using colombus and centennial. Orange rind, wheat-like nuttiness and biscuit-like malt with a bit more honey as it warms.
Not quite sure exactly why I love this beer so much. The drinkability is certainly at the forefront and the lack of punchy or heavily acidic hop notes dosent hurt either. Medium-light bodied, well-attenuated, with fruity and nutty notes from the rye and yeast. Of the hazy IPAs/Pale ales, this one seems on a whole nother level for me and almost strikes me as an unfiltered hoppy wheat ale (which I thought was what it was for a long while). Replace the wheat with rye and youre not far off. Somehow still delicate, with touches of honey for balance and no astringency or huskiness. Just a great beer and enough reason for me to almost always try these guys’ other offerings.

Bottle from Brewtopia. Gold with chill haze lasting head and lace. Floral and tangering aroma with a hint of soapiness and herbs. Very mild tropical fruit apricot sweetness with some grainy malts and medium assertive spicy bitterness in very dry finish. Light and lively. Very refreshing and delicious.
