Heady like the sweet breath of Zephyrus, our India pale ale is redolent of citrus, apples, and pears, balanced by a touch of caramel. We use malted barley grown by local farmers and add a special blend of Cascade, Centennial, and Calypso hops to create this juicy, hoppy ale.

From the bomber, it pours a beautiful golden copper and yields the same color body. A great two inch foamy white head appears and lasts for at least a good two minutes. There is some spider web lacing speckling the sides of the glass. The smell has a good complexity of hops and malts, some sweet, some bitter, and some spicy. The taste has a peppery yet piney sort of flavor that to me that I really like. The palate is superb as it is not watery nor is it sharp, a perfect feel on the tongue. Overall, I was not expecting this IPA to be this good, but this is really awesome.

Cask at GBBF 2015. Amber orange, still, small bubbly white head. Aroma is sherbety, lime, some floral notes - dried flowers. Body is medium, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is caramel, dry and floral, citrus and sherbet, some cleaning product harshness. Pretty nice overall.

A golden blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with light grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at Vermont Tap House.

Tap at source. Pours honey golden, white frothy head. Aroma is earthy pine, sweet tropical fruits, really nice. Flavor is, as the brewery says, Orchard fruit. Almost like orange, tangerine, and cantaloupe and apple maybe? Or pear. It?s different but good. Really solid. Maybe a bit of caramel malt is throwing it off. But it?s good.

Hazy pour. Classic IPA bite with a smattering of non-citrus fruit notes. Well balanced and very likeable.
