COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Heady like the sweet breath of Zephyrus, our India pale ale is redolent of citrus, apples, and pears, balanced by a touch of caramel. We use malted barley grown by local farmers and add a special blend of Cascade, Centennial, and Calypso hops to create this juicy, hoppy ale.

From the bomber, it pours a beautiful golden copper and yields the same color body. A great two inch foamy white head appears and lasts for at least a good two minutes. There is some spider web lacing speckling the sides of the glass. The smell has a good complexity of hops and malts, some sweet, some bitter, and some spicy. The taste has a peppery yet piney sort of flavor that to me that I really like. The palate is superb as it is not watery nor is it sharp, a perfect feel on the tongue. Overall, I was not expecting this IPA to be this good, but this is really awesome.

Draft at Lui Lui’s - West Leb, NH. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. Nice juicy citrus nose, tangerine, grapefruit, pale bread. Medium sweet flavor with more juicy citrus, light alcohol, more pale bread, some bitter oine, minerals. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately warming and resinous to finish, some jammy citrus, more juice. Nice IPA.

Dark orange head. Nose is dank wet hay and pine cone. Taste is sweet, muted bitterness, hidden ABV and caramel undertones. Great malt backbone. not sure how old this bottle is but it’s a solid beer.

Dry pine and grapefruit aroma, barley husks below. Cloudy yellow traffic light color. Starts, and finishes, with a sharp bitterness, and has a malty middle. All of this is very fry, although the body does not linger. Not too heavy, and limited aftertaste. Very good east coast style IPA - no need to brain you, all things in moderation.

22oz bottled 12/23 pours semi-clear dark orange with small head. Nose is pine, orange, earthy. Taste is bitter pine and orange, some earthy malt. Finish is malty piney bitterness. Average IPA, nothing really memorable about it. Fine.

22oz bomber: This one pours a clear, slightly orangish amber color. There was a couple of inches of a frothy off-white head on mine. It left a bit of lacing. The aroma was a touch light, but still good. Not overpowering with the hops. Some citrus and a hint of apple. Fair amount of malts also, but no sweetness. The taste is good. Fair amount of hop bite, but not overly done like so many of them try and do now. Good malt body, but no residual sweetness. Pine and citrus flavors. I like this one!

Draft. Pours deep golden yellow with thin white head that lingers and laces. Little carbonation with mild hop aroma. Nice mildly complex hop flavor that isn't boozy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

minimal head, golden, amber, medium bitterness, light sweetness. Some good IPA’s coming out of Maine right now including this one. Reminds me of some of Maine Beer’s stuff but maybe not quite up to their level.

22 oz bottle from The Beer Store. Pours a hazy, somewhat muddy amber with a 2 finger frothy off white head. Good head retention before it finally recedes leaving sheets of lace on my glass. Tame grapefruit, pine resin aroma. Rather muted. Lightly bitter taste with a shadowy sweetness that lurks in the background of every sip. Average in the mouth with a lingering bitterness.
