COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Heady like the sweet breath of Zephyrus, our India pale ale is redolent of citrus, apples, and pears, balanced by a touch of caramel. We use malted barley grown by local farmers and add a special blend of Cascade, Centennial, and Calypso hops to create this juicy, hoppy ale.

From the bomber, it pours a beautiful golden copper and yields the same color body. A great two inch foamy white head appears and lasts for at least a good two minutes. There is some spider web lacing speckling the sides of the glass. The smell has a good complexity of hops and malts, some sweet, some bitter, and some spicy. The taste has a peppery yet piney sort of flavor that to me that I really like. The palate is superb as it is not watery nor is it sharp, a perfect feel on the tongue. Overall, I was not expecting this IPA to be this good, but this is really awesome.

Despite the good ratings here for this beer, I find it underrated. Nicely bitter, well-typed, certainly strong. Pine and focused bitterness.

12oz into a rising tide stemmed glass. Pours a hazy geled orange and honey. Fluff lacing coats nicely. Aroma of pine, citrus, dry cedar and hops. Taste is a let down. Dry and bitter, the splash on the tounge leaves the aroma expectations aloft. No strong hop bite, just dry pine and orange. Kind of flat on the pallate. OK IPA, but for 7.5% as the bottle reads, there is not enough prominence of this is be stealar.

Light amber colour. Pine aromas and flavour. A decent IPA but nothing special

The aroma let me down. Not much too speak of but the flavor is excellent. Citrus and pine with a sweet malt up front. Dry and tasty.

A clear amber body with a big white head that had good retention and nice lacing. Aroma had mostly citrus hops. There was balancing notes of resin and floral hops. A nice mild sweetness from the malts. Flavor was sweeter than I expected and the citrus hops were not as over powering in the flavor as it was in the aroma. Nice bitterness through out. And a nice dry finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Lui Luiís - West Leb, NH. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. Nice juicy citrus nose, tangerine, grapefruit, pale bread. Medium sweet flavor with more juicy citrus, light alcohol, more pale bread, some bitter oine, minerals. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately warming and resinous to finish, some jammy citrus, more juice. Nice IPA.

Dark orange head. Nose is dank wet hay and pine cone. Taste is sweet, muted bitterness, hidden ABV and caramel undertones. Great malt backbone. not sure how old this bottle is but itís a solid beer.

Dry pine and grapefruit aroma, barley husks below. Cloudy yellow traffic light color. Starts, and finishes, with a sharp bitterness, and has a malty middle. All of this is very fry, although the body does not linger. Not too heavy, and limited aftertaste. Very good east coast style IPA - no need to brain you, all things in moderation.

22oz bottled 12/23 pours semi-clear dark orange with small head. Nose is pine, orange, earthy. Taste is bitter pine and orange, some earthy malt. Finish is malty piney bitterness. Average IPA, nothing really memorable about it. Fine.
