Thanks to jonas for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong-malty, modest yeasty, not too dry. Modest fruity like banana. Finish milder, less yeasty. Quite drinkable weizenbock. Good!

Bottle. Milky yellow, offwhite foam, plentifull carbonation. Dry spicy apple, ciderlike aroma. Fruity base: Apples, orangepeel, grapes, banana - fairly dry and well balanced though, no distracting phenols. Fullbodied, chewy, mellow mouthfeel. Dry aromatic finish, invites to take another sip - lovely moreish fruity Weizenbock.

bottle from Landbierparadies24. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Fruity nose, mainly bananas. Full-bodied, frity and yeasty, banaa and mango with a lingering yeasty finish. Smooth palate.

500ml bottle. Hazy yellowish golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, minimally lacing, white head. Mealy banana aroma, minimally citrus note, a spicy touch. Extremely flat carbonation, creamy mouthfeeling - an aspect of Weizenbocks I appreciate. Taste is moderately peppery spicy, slightly sourish, minimally sweet malt basis. No specific fruit notes, just a one-dimensional spicy note - disappointing.

Aroma of spices, yeast, wheat and grass. Flavor of herbs, yeast, spices, wheat and some ripe fruit.

bottle, picked up at landbierparadies as a takeaway at about 1am. quite a salty interpretation of the style with hints of banana yoghurt and some earthy spice; quite frothy and invigorating, not as sticky as some weizenbocks

0.5 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Hazy deep yellow color. Pungent clove and ripe banana aroma with lemon. Sweet grainy and spicy flavor with firm bitter clove, ripe banana and lemon. Full body. Pungent weizen flavors balanced by sweetness. Not bad.

Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090717]

Bottle in hotel room with Craig, Jan and Alex. Murky very light brown. Very watery. Sweet, some banana and a sour touch. I can hardly believe this was a weizen bock.

[bottle] Bubblegum and clover aroma with some light malt. Murky light brown with a lasting white top. Tangy sour flavour with a little ethanol, clover, and corriander. Medium body, low carbonation.
