Aroma is rather malty with grain and hay. Also slight sourness. Flavour starts slightly tart, continues with bready, grainy and malty notes and finishes with hints of mint. Aftertaste is slightly sour and tart. Typical and good kellerbier!

On tap at a stall at fuerth markets in the evening, listed as hallerndorf dunkel which I assume must be this one. Light brown/dark amber with a lingering off-white head; hints of rye and red berry in the aroma; bready malt and slightly tinny bitterness. Very drinkable in a fun atmosphere

The Head is medium, the colour is light brown. It smells malty, mild, honey.. The taste is a bit smokey, different malty a bit dusty.
