Aug 20, 2008 It’s hazy, warm golden with a huge, nice and creamy head. The aroma has notes of wheat, banana and yeast, but it’s on the light side. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of clove, banana, yeast and wheat. It would be even better with more power in the impressions, but it’s still very OK.

Aug 10, 2008 Bottle at Quinns. Aroma is Lemon, Yeasty, some clove. Taste is far more wheaty, the lemon is still there which keeps it good and refreshing.

Cloudy yellow brown with a thin white head. Lemon, wheat and brown sauce in the aroma. Straight forward, run of the mill weisse in the mouth. Nothing offensive but nothing to shout about either.

Apr 10, 2008 Bottle 50cl. Nice yellow cloudy colour, fresh and yeasty smell. Well balanced, malty easy drinkable Hefeweizen. Negative : small head, quickly disappearing.

May 9, 2007 Swing-top bottle. Cloudy orange with a middling, short-lived white head. Aromas of grain, lemon and a touch of bubble-gum. Soft flavours of banana with some supporitng sweetness. A subtle and pleasant change from Munich style wheat beers.
