Amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet malty, hints of fruit and bread. Flavor is a bit hoppy, hints of roasted malts and yeast. Mouthfeel is quite sweet dry.

Aroma: Fairly light nose, not much going on
Appearance: It pours a clear golden orange color
Flavor: It has a light malty flavor
Palate: It has a fairly clean mouthfeel, with a light body
A little dull, but decent enough.

Bottle at the fantasy football tasting. Medium orange pour. Nose is light dough and grain. Tastes of grain, caramel, some celery, earth. Slight oily palate.

At Paul’s. The aroma is caramel, dough, spicy hops. The appearance is clear amber. The flavor is weak, caramel, spicy hops, crackers. The finish is spicy hops. Medium in body. Unimpressive.

Half litre flip top, poured into an oversized Tripel Karmeliet tulip. A: Amber, thick looking but not hazy, initial large thick head morphed into to a layer of film, lots of lacing clung to the side of the glass. S: Hay, straw, grassy, Hallertau hop? T: Started with some sugar beet, then some grain, finished with some biscuit, crispy rye bread and charcoal. M: Smooth, medium body, minimal carbonation. O: Well made example of a Kellerbier which is a very broad style.

Poured bright reddish amber with a frothy tan head. Aroma of sweet fruit and soft malt. Medium body, flavour is medium sweet berries, lightly nutty, lightly bitter sweet end.

Gravity pour at the keller. This is a very aromatic lagerbier: nutty and earthy, almost mushrooms. Taste is cereal and a distinctive malt (nutty) sweetness, although it remains relatively dry. Palate is mellow and carbonation is low. Very good distinctive lagerbier.
