Bottled. Pours a clear/opalescent amber body with a creamy medium sized off-white head on its top, which leaves a thin film behind. Spicy-malty nose. Aroma contains distinct toast, mild caramel and dough underpainted by grassy hops. Sharp and somewhat thin mouthfeel. Short to medium long, sweetbitter finish escorted by bread-crust and herbs. Overall not bad, but there are some better brews in this style...

Aroma; grass, meadow, mild caramel, cream, milk spill, mild malts. Look; off white dense good head, clear deep amber body. Taste; caramel, malts, grass, leaves, toffee note, roasted malt notes - leading to a malted finish. Feel; normal body, soft’ish carbonation. Overall; monotone, nevertheless not monotone. Swing-top bottle 50cl. from Rewe bottle shop, Memmelsdorf [@hotel 5/7/2016]. Poured into a wine glass. Clear pale to medium amber, good frothy off-white head, diminishing slowly, good lacing; aroma pale malts, grain, bit dusty, caramel, light nutty touch; taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, light toffee, spicy notes; mild malty sweetbitter finish, light spicy notes; medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation; fresh and pleasant, not so much a kellerbier, would call it a landbier.

Where and how: Bottle 500 ml
Aroma: straight malty character, slight nutty notes, touch of caramel. Rather average.
Appearance :
Top: medium lighter top, white.
Base: clear, amber.
Palate : lighter in body, with softer than average carbonation. Fell of blandness.
Taste: as in aroma, simple , straight malty vibe. Feel or ordinary creation.

Bottle. Surprisingly clear copper-amber color with beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, honey, slightly metallic herbal-earthy hops. Taste is bitter caramel, slightly berry-fruity, honey, finish is lieblich with hearbal-earthy aftertones and a little bit metallic. I don’t know what’s so Keller about this, but it is a fine amber-malty Landbier. Huge drinkability, and you know I like amber if it’s well made, so I like this one!

Aroma: a bit faint; a little bit of honey, a very little bit of malts, a whiff of hops. Appearance: dark golden brown; clear; head large, fine and stable. Taste: mostly sweet, a little less sour, and even less bitter. Palate: body medium; carbonation average; mouth feel sticky, slightly spicy, and a bit corrosive; finish slightly sweet. Overall: would do if I drank beer all the time; doesn’t quite cut it, though, if having a beer is to be any more festive an occasion than having a glass of water.

Clear, light amber color with off-white head. Aroma is malty with grain and honey notes. Taste starts slightly sweet and grainy but gets more bitter towards the finish and lingers in the aftertaste. Medium, soft body with medium to low carbonation. Overall it’s a well made, clean beer, leaning more towards the malty side.

Foerdifuxx (230) - Franconia, GERMANY - NOV 3, 2015
Clear amber coloured beer with a big, creme-coloured, short-lasting head. Aromas of butter, malt, grain, floral hops, some fruits, toffee, vegetables and light basement aromas. Grainy, malty in taste, lightly to medium sour, but unfortunately very waterish. Vegetables in finish, yes, indeed, like celery. Thin texture, medium body, avarage carbonation.
