Ceramic mug. Herbal, slightly spicy hop and lots of minerals. Big minerals, lots of hop. Just delicious kellerbier goodness. Great balance, totally refreshing.

Gravity. First rating in Years!! This was only called Landbier, same ABV, but with a different label. Very good beer. Very hoppy and quite dry. Some crisp corn taste. Extremely enjoyable.

In krug has nice deep golden color. Franken-frische aroma is earthy, woody, with some foot/sock. The palate has nice mineral granularity. The flavors are excellent, with stunning balance, farm fodder, wood, with nice floral hops and mushrooms too. Dry and very good.

Impressions in the shade of the keller:
-An intricate web of citrusy and herbal hoppiness shines through the head ring.
-Hay blades and shining herbal hop flavor and bitterness impeccably unite.
-The creamy, cuddly body is both rich and drinkable, I’m falling in love.
-Earthy hop bitterness surges from the herbaceous character, a veritable garden fable.

Bottle 0,5 litr with swingtop: Pale golden looking brew from this Bavarian brewery, its taste like an Bavarian field, just great.

Bottle, beers of europe. (Swing top 33cl bottle as ’Plop’) Pours a beautifully sparkling clear pale yellow. Sweet sugary and doughy aroma, nice musty banana flavoured palate, with wheat and a hint of cloves in the finish.

50cl swingtop bottle: A clear blonde pour with a fluffy, resistant white head. Very delicate aroma, grassy and citric noble hops with a faint but yummy tropical fruit (mango, kiwi?) component. Clean and dry flavour - big on the grassy, lightly fruity and floral hops with straightforward, bready malts. A light bitter note and a soft carbonation. Underrated!

Una buona helles estremamente bilanciata! Sapore e aroma di malto con qualcosa di erbaceo e un finale luppolato e persistente! Non male.

Draft at the Keller by the Kreuzberg. Head is mostly lasting. Body is dark yellow to light amber (best I could tell, served in stoneware). Aroma is moderately malty (cookie, toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (herbs, flowers, apricot). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Fun, tasty beer...fruity nose, balanced....but a bit thin and not super flavorful.

Bottled. Golden coloured, slightly hazy with rich head. Vague yeasty aroma. Medium dry and very grassy with looong bitter licorice finish. Genuine.
