0.5l bottle. Hazy ruby/orange body, off-white head. Aroma of ripe banana, cloves, booze and caramel. The taste is quite sweet and boozy with notes of banana, pepper, cloves and caramel. It’s a nice beer overall, but the alcohol content should be hidden a bit more.

Flasche 50cl. Halleluja!

Light chestnut coloured/red with a brown-orange, creamy head which was unstable. Smell of licorice, berries, red vine, almonds. Tase: malty with notes of toffee and licorice and almonds, later a bit of coffee and papaya. Low level of bitterness with a long lasting, malty, full body. Fizzy.

Dla mnie slabszy weizenbock jaki pilem. Piany niewiele, kolor sliwkowo ciemno pomaranczowy, metnosc ok, sporo jej bylo.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours hazy amber in color with a tan head. Slightly sweet chocolate, nuttyness and vanillabanana infusion in aroma. Dark fruits as in raisins and dadels in taste with some spicyness as well being. Quite nice weizenbock. Darky fruityness, light burnt wheat and light nuttyness in aftertaste.

Bottle. Murky brown, cappucino creamy head. Preserved cherry, dark chocolate, port, tobacco aroma, unique weizen fuseloils. Medium full body, dry mellow mouthfeel. Licorice, berries, vanilla, tobacco notes, dry minerals on the palate. Refreshing and quite moreish actually, intriguing wheat bock.

Derbeth (198) - Kraków, POLAND - NOV 29, 2013
Bottle. Brown colour, hazy, with beige head which is not as big as in most hefeweizens. Aroma reminds me of Belgian dubbels: quite intensive prune, maybe some cherry, raisin, quite a bit alcohol. Hard to identify wheat character here - I don’t feel any banana aroma. Light sweetness, light bitterness. Medium to full body, lively carbonation.
