Pours unclear orange with a white head. Fruity and spicy aroma with light banana notes. The flavor has fruity banana-like sweetness, a hint of spice, and a spritzy mouthfeel. Decent.

Grima (1857) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - FEB 22, 2012
The beer in the glass is dark orange-yellow, with flat and short-lived head. It smells yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity, with a little clove and spices. Starts spicy-sweet, slightly fruity in the background. Overall, very mild. The middle part shows very spicy, yeasty, creamy and slightly sweet, again in the background with Christmas spices. Goes into a yeasty, creamy finish with a good spiciness!

Test vom 6.4.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 13,6,6,8,9,7 - 7,55

01.03.2011. 0,5l Swing top Bottle. From landbierdealer.de. Golden yellowcolour with white head. Unclear and alittle dark for a hefeweizen. Aroma is wheaty and there is notes of spicy hops. There is also some nice floral hop flavours. Very good tasting beer.

Dark coppery colored with hazy appearance. Little yellow head. Grainy aroma with berries and licorice, thin glue also here with also banana and yeast. Medium bodied. Flavor has more banana with soft yeast, grains and spices also come up nicely. Aftertaste is yeasty still with some wheaty palate.
