Bottle @ Christers. Pours hazy burnt orange with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, caramel, heavy vanilla, oak, light sourness. Sounds messy, but is quite nice. Flavor is rather sweet with malts, little yeast, oak, vanilla, fruity, booze. Full body, soft carbonation, strong warming alcohol in the finish. A little to much alcohol, otherwise nice. 040213

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, wood and notes of red wine. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. ABV seems higher than 9.5 %. 040213

Hazy orange color, small white head. Oak and vanilla in the nose. Full-bodied. Very sweet front, berries, vanilla then dry woody oak. Alcohol. Not very balanced although ok dessert beer.

Pours a dark orange colour with a white head. Aroma of sweet apricot, oak and some berries. Flavour of sweet apricot, caramel malts, sourish berries, oak and English toffee. Medium bodied, oily mouthfeel and a finish of alcohol, oak and sweet berries. Smooth carbonation. Interesting, but could use a bit heavier body.

Pours hazy dark golden color with small head. Aroma of ripe fruits, caramelm toffee, wooden notes and some alcohol. Flavor of toffee, ripe fruits, goose berries, some glue-like alcohol and some apricot. A bit stuffy and fruity palate.

Pours dark orange with a foamy head.
Aroma of malts, some caramel, vanilla, oak, hints of berries.
Taste is sweetish and malty with caramel, vanilla, hints of oak and berries.
Smooth finish with hints of vanilla and caramely oak. Quite well balanced, sweetish ale.
