Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Hazy amber colour, big slightly off-white head (also quite lively when opening). Aroma is bready malts, some sweet caramel, berries, mild yeastyness as well as some slight floral notes. Flavour is herbal, toffeeish, mild fruity, bready and caramelly notes along with some slight spicy yeast as well. A bit sweeter than many standard American Ambers.

Zero aroma whatsoever, probably because of the lack of carbonation, nothing impressive or meaningful when tasting, just a light bitterness but disappears too soon for me. Light body with a flat carbonation and a minimal, to say something, head over a cloudy amber beer. From where I am standing doens’t worth the try.

33cl bottle at Cerveceria Europa, Madrid (thanks to teddybeer!). Pours hazy amber with a large, white head. Fruity aroma with malt, berries and hint of citrus. Nice and fruity with a lightly dry and medium bitter finish. Decent amber! (2012-08-17)

33cl bottle. Orangish colour with a good formation of a white head, frothy, foamy and with a good lasting. Aroma is slighty sourish with floral hints. Flavour is bittery from the beginning to the end, sour, fruity with mild notes of cherries. Carbonation and body is medium.

Amber brown, sturdy head. German yeast, bark, dry fruit, mild hops. Classic feel to this modern beer. Light bitter, some orange, sandy. Drinkable and medium body. Not very complex. Malt base is just barely holding up. Slightest sour note in here. Very decent brew. (33cl bottle at a Valencian lunch bar)

Bottle from Taifa, Mercado de Triana, Seville
Hazy amber color. Nice aroma of spicy yeast and resiny/sweaty hops; light manure and light citrus fruits. Some dry caramel flavor, lean body, with strong hopping (only 18 IBU ???), moderate hop resins, bitter orange peel, very light pine needles.
A bit rough, but a very good American-style Amber Ale.

330ml bottle (One Pint Pub, Helsinki, Spanish Weeks 2011)
5 Compared to the previous beer, this is giving me nothing tograb onto, some minerally wateriness, some sourness too alas.
3 Mid orange, tiny head.
6- very simple malts, simple earty hops too, no integration. A bit chalky. I think I get chlorine too? 3 Thinish palate, not aided by the high carbonation. Fnish is nicely tingly bitter, but so was the last beer so I’m not so sure I’m tasting this one rather than the marina. Anyway it does a good job of keeping the bitter throb going, and that’s what I like from hops.
12 A beer with plusses and minuses Plusses very clear - lost of potential to be very tasty, but the minuses really stand in the way of that.
