Tap at brewpub. Mild lemon-citrus and resin nose. Caramel and floral citrus on the front taste, with a big bitter finish of wood and resin. Light-medium body is dry and has medium carbonation.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 GG (1980) - NorCal, California, USA - DEC 21, 2011
Sampler @ River City -
A 2nd beer in the 10-beer sampler tray. A light piney aroma with a decent malt profile that helps keep this one accessible like a SNPA. Nothing overwhelming or out of character for a pale ale. I felt it did lack a little hop finish, but it was not bad by any stretch of the imagination. Just a little...too restrained.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear golden with a decent off-white head and a floral hoppy aroma. There is a light pale malt flavor with a carbonated slightly bitter finish.

Draft at the brewpub. Orange amber color with white bubbles for head. Mild citrus hop aroma. Medium body with sharpish carbonation. Flavor is diacetyl, citrus and a hint of caramel. Finish suggests greasy. This is not bad for lovers of butter bombs. Course this may be an aberration.
Note: The blurb says it’s supposed to have a light malty flavor.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 riversideAK (5404) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - JUN 5, 2008
Golden colored brew. Aromas of caramel malt and citrus hops. The flavor was much of the same. Pretty straight forward thirst quencher with pleasant light citrus hops.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 bb (5888) - Alamo, California, USA - MAY 3, 2006
Draft. Golden beer with a low white head. Some caramel malt backing in the flavor with citrus hops. Slight citrus hop aroma. Medium bodied. Not bad for a lighter pale ale.
