This was a very watery porter. It was dark water with chocolate and some nutty, coffe, and did not sit as heavily as a porter usually does. Not bad, but I am not a huge fan.

Jun 13, 2007 on tap-pours a tan head and black color with red tint. Aroma is coffee-dark malt, roasty. Taste is coffee-dark malt, roasty, acidic. OK carbonation.

Oct 19, 2006 Draft at River City. Poured dark brown with an average off-white frothy head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Moderate toasted caramel malty aroma. Medium body with a watery texture. Medium sweet smoke flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.
