COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Pasteurised.
Ingredients: Barley malt; organic hops; nettles.
Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall of River Cottage and Hall & Woodhouse worked together to create Stinger.
"Slightly spicy with a light bitterness and a subtle tingle that comes from the nettles. Equally good with summer barbecues and winter roasts or while sitting on a hay bale watching the sun go down".

Bottle. Pours a medium golden colour with a thin white head. Has a grassy aroma with some sweet citrus elements. Malty, sweet, caramel taste, with a long dry finish.

Bottle. A strong aroma, sweet but otherwise hard to define. The beer has no head and a pale yellow body. The taste is light sweet and light sour in the middle, reminds me a little bit of a wine. The body is fizzy but without much carbonation and a light body. A summer beer.

Pale orange body, off-white head. Sweet bready malt with light fruit notes and notes that are like of rice and little bit corn. Light flowery bitternes. Watery texture. Medium carbonated. Beer without real character.

Bottle @ Liva, Kolding. Pours unclear golden with a small bubbly white head on top. Floral and fruity nose and flavor with some bready malts. Smooth and medium bodied. Very harmless. I sense a bit of honey not overowering though - could be nettles. Dry and short end

downender (5191) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 23, 2009
Deep gold, with a slight white head and moderate carbonation. Sweet malts and green herbs aroma. Flavour was a very strange mix of caramel, cream of mushroom soup, assorted English hedgerow greenery and very English boiled sweet pasteurisation. Certainly an experience, but not a pleasant one.

A Mes rate: bottle thanks to Tom.
Pale amber with a thin white head. Cardboard and cream. Some faint grass and medicine. Pretty rank.
