COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewing the perfect ale is truly a balancing act ... Hazardous work you might say. With Hop Hazard our challenge was to hand craft a malt rich base that could counterbalance a combustible five-hop blend and still leave your taste buds with enough room to enjoy a unique, dry-hopped finish.

12 oz bottle. Pours clear amber body with small off-white head. Clean hop aroma. Extremely smooth palate, but not much flavor. Slight hoppy finish and aftertaste.

Thanks for the bottle, Cubes. Pours a hazy, copper body with an abundant, off-white head. Very fine and lasting. Tasty citrus and pine hop aroma with some biscuit malt and caramel. Flavor has more of the piney hops and a firm malt presence. Some apricot pokes through here and there. Medium body with an airy quality. Good bitterness, but very balanced. Nice beer!

Bottle:   Amberish, slight haze, large frothy off-white head, nice lacing.   Soft citrusy hops on the nose.   Seems pretty bright on the tongue.   Smidgen of grainess, but its light.   Seems pretty zesty, which is nice.   Seems like its a west coast style in that its hoppier than most.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   A little pithy on the backside.   Better than I expected.

Bottle. Pours copper/amber with a huge off-white head. Nose is a bit weak but some floral hops and sweet malt are evident. Taste is very malt-forward. Caramel and toffee notes with some light citrusy hops. Palate is excellent. Full and pillowy. Nose is the only thing holding this beer back from being really good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Amber in pour. A slight citrusy hop aroma. A sweet flavor that has a hint of hops that disappears quickly. A strong malty finish.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle. Big caramel character that overwhelmed the hops through the whole beer. No balance. One dimensional.

Amber with large head. Moderately hoppy with a fair amount of malt in the body. Slightly above average.

Was not too impressed. Was fairly watery and dull. Hops were present but not very impactfull. Flavor was fairly weak. Tasted like a skeleton - missing the rest of the beer.

Had this walking down the street in Princeton. Very dark amber in colour. Smells hoppy, good balance. Taste is thick and viscous. Feels nice on the tongue. Also feels good on the breath - the cold air brings out the taste. Lots of foamy head.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a reddish amber with a small biege head. Aroma of citrus, malt, and yeast. Taste is grapefruit, malt, pine, florals, and caramel. Decent.
