bbp182 (245), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA May 11, 2007 This is not one of my favorite beers. Its hop notes aren’t too, loud, haha get it, notes, music, loud, anyways, I wasn’t a big fan of it.
probstk (673), Nepean, Ontario, Canada Sep 1, 2008 Sampled at Flour City Brewers’ Fest, Rochester NY. At the Brooklyn tent. AU15/08.
App.: Burnt golden, clear, remnants of a white head.
Aroma: Brown sugar, caramel, toffee, light grapefruit hops, minerals.
Palate: Medium body and carbonation.
Flav.: Some of the caramel and brown sugar, quite musty, almost mouldy, with some earthy hops a hint of citrus.
Not great. Ron (738), Rochester, New York, USA Aug 16, 2008 2008 Flour City Brew fest. Sweet malt aroma with a nice light hop bitterness. Copper in appearance. Medium palate. Light malt flavor with a decent hop presence. Easy to drink and well balanced.
phishpond417 (1418), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Jul 21, 2008 It was nearly impossible to drink this beer because of its intense carbonation. It was so carbonated it nearly exploded upon opening. The colour was a hazey orange with an indescribable white monster head. Not overly hoppy, but wicked fruity, and very lively mouthfeel. great, well hopped-but balanced. rman18 (152), South Amboy, New Jersey, USA Jul 6, 2008 I had this out of the bottle - it poured amber with a large tan head that lasted the entire glass. Smells of hops as well as the taste but not as nice as say the 90 minute. The palate is disappointing as it is very light like water. Overall a good beer but I have had better. Reed_944 (8), Jamesville, New York, USA does not count Jun 25, 2008 A very refreshing hoppy beer (as the name would imply). However, instead of being entirely unbalanced, this beer has a nice malt aftertaste which compliments. Overall one of the better hoppy beers that I’ve had.
