2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours dishwater brown with a thin head. Slight hints of cherry on the nose. The taste is undifferentiated. Tastes of alcohol with a slight warming as you go. A bit of a disappointment really.

Bottle. This was almost a gusher, luckily I caught it before it overflowed out of the bottle. I poured half the bottle, most of which was foam. I wanted to pour the rest, but this fluffy tan head lingers for some time. What little beer there is appears to be a ruby orangish color. Aromas are sour cherry, apple, a little citrus, and some caramel malt. Flavor is malty upfront, with caramel and a little sour fruit peeking through. This fades to a slightly bitter/sour cherry finish, along with some yeasty funk. Medium carbonation (I expected more considering the massive head) and thin. Itís alright.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Thanks to Thaichile for this extra in a trade.
A-Somewhat dark amber body that pours with a substantial foamy off-white head. Head fades to 1/2 finger and retains well from there. Body is slightly hazy and some bubbles can be seen rising to the top.
S-The nose is somewhat bland and hard to pick up. I can gather some grassy hops ans a faint wild cherry scent.
T-Initial flavor is subtle and offers a sweet maltiness and a bit of earthy hops. Some cherry flavor comes out for the finishes and lingers a little bit. Taste is decent but nothing exciting going on here.
P- Medium carbonation and Body is a hair thinner than I would like but very smooth.
O- This is a decent beer and it was cool to try something from a small NJ brewing co. There isnít anything offensive or exciting about it. Definately not a hop bomb. The cherries were done tastefully and arenít overpowering.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear dark cherry red/coppery amber color with a one finger foamy off white head that quickly fades into a thin lasting ring. Not much in the way of lacing.
Slightly earthy aroma thatís dominated by sweet dark cherry along with hints of nut and subtle earthy hops.
Sweet medium body with a very prominent dark cherry presence that is slightly tart. Thereís a nice malt backbone providing decent balance and subtle earthy dry hops. Pretty quaffable with a slightly dry finish.

Bottle 355 ml
Appearance: good reddish copper with fine creamy darkly tanned top.
Nose: aromatic wet leafy hops with fruity follow up , amber ale hints , hint of brown.
Flavor/Palate : mid bodied wit soft substance. Neat frontal fruity leafy hop character with slight alcohol dryness. Drinkable , fairly crisp brew. Berry top end. Decent.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nose is toasty with some darker caramel malts and earthy hops. Perhaps a very subtle amount of cherry syrup kind of stuff here. Pours darker shade of amber, hazy with little head and foam. Flavors of toasted malts, roasted malts, earthy hops and some sweet light cherry syrup that shows up in the finish. Lingering dry toast/roast/earth and sweet cherry flavors on the palate. Itís ok, but the idea sounded better written down than executed.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle ( 12oz ). Clear bright deep copper, average frothy off-white head. The aromaís more like a dry, leafy-hoppy pale ale with a little cherry overtone. Taste is ... like a vegetal amber with a mild infusion of cherry cough syrup... not bad, but ... not great. Sticky, sryupy, thick mouthfeel, light carbonation, a somewhat harsh aftertaste - ehhh.
