Bottle into a Lager glass. Honey color with a nice head, taste is a malt co2 with a slight hop after taste. Finish is clean malt and co2. A very nice beer, way better than bud.

A: Dark golden body.. thick fluffy white head.. not much in the way of lacing... S: Mostly malts... bready and biscuity... T: Taste is bland malts with a slight citrus tone... not very complex... M: Light bodied.. not as crisp as one would like.. O: Could be sessionable, but there are other choices out there... not the best from River Horse.

Aroma is grain, biscuit, corn. Flavor is the same. Lightly hopped. Savory corn finish. Lager yeast. Don’t waste your money, you can get a 24oz. tallboy Budweiser for the same $$.

Aroma of flour, flowers, and a sour dough. Pours golden and murky. Tastes of bread. Not too exciting.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours hazy dirty gold with a creamy 4 finger off-white head. Aroma through the foam seems mildly citric. Near med body. Flavor seems bready, mild caramel, a little citrus. Finishes lightly bready, a touch yeasty, and not very bitter. Pretty refreshing on hot day.

River Horse lager pours a light amber color. The head is tall and pure white. I get a biscuity skunky aroma. The taste is barely malty, pretty well-balanced. There is a chalkiness on the finish.
