Bottle thanks to blutt59. Pours with a huge tan head with good lace. Golden body underneath. Aroma of flowers, dryness and honey. Taste is candi, and way too sweet for a triple. Light bubbles and somewhat syrupy mouthfeel. Under attenuated!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tap at Peculier Pub. A solid Tripel. Pours a cloudy yellow-gold with a medium, fluffy white head. Nice aroma, with spices, phenols, wheat and yeast. Flavor is lightly sweet up front with faint malts, then spicy with Belgian character and mild hops on the tail. Medium in body with average carbonation. Alcohol is not too overbearing but does add some intensity to the flavor and overall experience. Good stuff.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Below average for the style, still quaffable. Chocolate brown colour. 10% is a lot, and I was getting it from the aroma through the afterhammer. A bit of sweetness, an OK chewy yeast. Spice, but nothing too complex. Fizzy carbonation.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear dark bronze copper with a thin coating of wispy white head. Sweet slightly biscuity malty aroma has some mild fruity notes and astringency. Body starts with a sugary sweet pale maltiness bittering toward an earthier slightly bready finish. Hides its alcohol pretty well, but could be more balanced and authenitic.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle, Brickskeller. Strange nose, with some artificial leemon juice scents and a basil note. Turns into more of a lemon and coriander character fairly quick. Texture is very slick, soapy and sickly, oily even. A terrible tripel style-wise, and overall just based on flavor it’s still a pretty poor beer. Appears to be filtered and not bottle conditioned.
