COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional Scottish style ale. A complex malt profile features hints of smoky flavor. Hopped with East Kent Goldings. Rich and delicious.

Tap, brewpub, backlog. Pours a clear amber body with a small fizzy off-white head that faded to a wispy film. Nice toasty malt nose, just a hint of light smoke, and a little caramel sweetness, minimal hoppiness. The flavor is pretty nice, a little smokier than expected with toasted and slightly grainy malt. Short but nice finish with light lingering bitterness. Mouthfeel is light bodied, very drinkable, with nice moderate fizzy carbonation. This one is a gulper. Really pretty nice, super easy drinking and decently smoky.

Pours brown with a inch of khaki foam. Nice caramel notes on the nose. Very malty on the tongue. Finishes clean. Nice!
