With its light body, our Blonde Ale yields a fresh crisp taste that is sure to please even the most discriminating palette.

Hazy dark gold with a white head. The aroma was bready with some mushrooms. The taste was bread crust and peanut shells. Light and bland overall with a soapy finish. The body was flat liek all of their beers on tap.

Very light with some assertive maltiness, slightly sweet with a bit of a grainey texture. Crisp and clean, light bodied and is decent on a hot summer day, but not something I would regularly choose to drink.

Draft: Nothing in the way of head, like all blondes easy on the eyes. Nothing reall there in the way of aroma, a bit grassy was the only major taste a little bland.

Bright yellow with a razor-thin head. Candy character, almost gumbally. OK if you like a sweet malty beers.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a golden color with a medium head. Medium carbonation. Has a happy aroma of grain. Pleasant and moderated malt flavor to the taste. Smooth palate with a crisp finish. Not my favorite style, but a competent entry nonetheless.

Okay, with a bad aftertaste. Almost acid-like. More of a beer for people who don’t like microbrews, as this also seemed flat. Probably tastes a lot better outside on a hot day.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2006 A light and refreshing beer, nice light maltiness. Very smooth palate and finish. Not much carbonation. Okay for summertime, or for those who don’t normally drink good beer.
