Pretty much a Belgian IPA here - very dry, with a firm, crackery malt base - high hop bitterness and light fruity notes - high hop profile is complimented by moderate peppery phenols - some rustic, earthy quality through the middle - flinty finish, with lingering bitterness - definitely the standout of the ones I tried today.

On draft at River North. Pours a hazy red with a thin white head. Nose is some sweet malt, piney hops, and Belgian yeast. Flavor is similar with the Belgian yeast adding a strange bit of fruitiness to the caramel malt and piney hops. Seemed a bit out-of-whack for me. Light to medium in body and lingering fruit and hops.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy red with thin white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, toffee, hints of grass and pine hops but fairly subdued, touch of slight earthy tones. Taste is a bit subdued, some slight grass and pine, touch of biscuit, hints of sweet toffee, nuts, finishing fairly sweet.

Hazy light amber with a thin white head. Nice complex aroma of rusty earthy caramel, grassy hop, Some funky yeast that’s like cotton and toast, And a little earthy light fruitiness. Hard to describe, so complex. Taste is hoppy and rustic, complex as well. Starts a little grassy and resiny, quickly turns to some rusty caramel and some yeasty dryness, and subtly farmhouse-y tones. Lots going on, kinda a style unto itself. Definitely Belgo inspired, but plenty hoppy.

Tap @ River North. Pours a red-orange appearance with an off white head. Pretty strong, piney hoppy, a bit toasty malty aroma. The hops in the flavor seemed to be overly done and too bitter and seemed to mask the caramel maltiness too much. My least favorite of the trip.
