3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Low haze golden pour. Weak foam. Sugary candy aroma with stickier, phenolic Belgian yeast. Taste is more like an Abbey Tripel with booze, sugar, soap and hefty rustic grain cracker content. Eh. Dusty mouthfeel.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy murky golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse yeast and lots of murky notes. Flavour brings out sweet stone fruits and murky yeasty notes. Not an authentic saison - not even close. Pretty shit really.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A hazed, sunny to golden amber body supports a slowly fading, one inch, frothy to smooth white head, which creates a frothy ring, thin island, and rounded peninsula with a few dots of lace
Aromas and flavors of hay and earth with rounded white spice, light grainy sweetness, along with a subtle, underlying, complex layer of nearly tart-yogurty-pear-faint pineapple-funk on a smooth, lightly creamy medium-light body with controlled, soft, active carbonation creating a clean, mildly fruity residual offering a somewhat tacky texture with spice, subtle herb, and balancing, light, grainy sweetness as everything fades out, rustic and traditional, yet clean and orchestrated
22oz bottle a few days after first KC release, served at 45º and warming into Orrefors Beer Taster
