22 oz bottle. Pours clear straw yellow with a small white head that quickly goes to a thin collar.

The aroma is bready malt, lots of spices (floral, corriander, and pepper) with some lemon zest.

The flavor is sweet bready malts, some tropical fruit and a lot of spice with a medium bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation.

Overall, interesting, but too over the top with spices and sweetness.

Brouwerij (883) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - SEP 3, 2013
On tap at Brewery. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with thin white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, honey, candy, sweet, hint of oak and alcohol. Flavor is fruity, banana, wheat, cereal, honey, floral, and citrus finish. Slight coriander, finish with a hint of oak. Moderate carbonation, medium body, and a mildly dry finish. A tasty brew, though I didn’t realize it was supposed to be witbier until I looked it up.

What’s not to love about this Oaked Imperial Wit. Drank on draft; this beer is very easy drinking coming in at 8.5%. Not the biggest fan of this style but this beer is brewed to perfection. Notes of clove, orange peel and zest with a beautiful lacing of off-white tan head. Fantastic beer & wish it was year round.

Bomber. Pours out straw yellow with a quickly dissipating fizzy yellow head. Aromas of bready malts, floral spices, and oak. Taste of tropical fruits and oak with a slight tartness. Reminiscent of a California Chardonnay. Interesting.

Unusual flavors and tasty citrus, coconut, and vanilla notes that combine to make a nice Oak-aged beer.

Bomber bottle poured a clear yellow w/ minimal white head. Moderate fruity aromas. Initial flavor is moderate sweet w/ a light bitter finish. Tastes are overwhelmingly fresh oak and vanilla, with peach, apple, and a peppery Belgian yeast. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, and creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle. Golden wheat color with medium white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Spicy, lemony aroma. Not really sure what to make of the taste, fruity and a bit syrupy
