3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask-conditioned at the Bag ONails, Bristol 8/12/08. pale gold with a billowing white head. Big aroma of citrus and floral hops. Flavour began with a touch of sweetish malt, before the hops took over again with plenty of elder flowers, citrus and a decent dry finish. A lot going on for a 3.6% beer.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Cask @ The Wenlock.
Hazy pale gold with a sort of white dishsoap head, nice lace regardless. Weird stuff, might actually have soap in it, smells and tastes of citrus washing up liquid (yes, I have tasted citrus washing up liquid) with some pear and greenery underneath. Bitter and soapy with a strange ashy finish. Not quite sure what to make of it really.

Clean gold with a slim white head. Lovely dusty lemon citric hoppy stuff. A little dimensional but what do you expect from this type of beer. Very sessionable.
