Cask; Regular.
A smooth rounded flavour appealing tot he tastebuds as a result of the interesting selection of hops used.

Cask handpull at Henrys Sheffield. Mid brown lasting beige head. Odd to find so many ales in a trendy spot like this with music that isnt music but is just a drum beat and the beer is too cold and too tight a sparkler. So it deadens most of the flavour. Some yeast on aroma. Some nutty fruity malt in mouth some vague hop on finish. A bitter

Cask, The University Arms, Sheffield, UK. Honey coloured, metallic caramel aroma. Caramel and a slight sourness on the first sip. Mellows with the second, biscuity with a lime flavoured hop trail.

Cask conditioned at Harbury Beer Fest ’11. Amber with slight head. Malty type beer, quite fruity with a drying bitterness, some grainy notes but within a reasonable level. It’s quite reasonable.

Cask, handpump at The Riverhead Brewery Tap, Marsden, West Yorkshire, 22.04.11 Orange amber in colour with a touch of haze, medium white head. Little chewy some caramel, soft in the mouth, its ok, bit thin lacks a really good hoppiness, tiny bit of late bitterness. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

pale, clear copper coloured pint. Taste is resminiscent of old-english style ales, malty and sweet, some bananaand with a rustic grainy background and a sweet finish. Decent

A traditional looking copper coloured bitter with a creamy head (served through a sparkler). Quite hoppy, with decent levels of bitterness and a solid malt base. Good balance. Dryish and quite smooth. Clean and refreshing. Slightly bittersweet finish. A well made beer. Cask (handpump), Riverhead Brewery Tap, Marsden.
