On tap at Riverside Brewpub. Mildly hazy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of banana, cloves, yeast and mild pepper. Taste of banana, clove, yeast and mild pepper with a fruit aftertaste. Decent enough.

Straw color with a diminished off-white head. Pronounced banana peel aromas with hints of wheat and light cloves. Overheard the bartender state to one of the customers that it was brewed with bananas and cloves (wow that’s a statement I’m sure the brewmaster would enjoy). LIght bubblegum and again the banana peel flavors, with minimal malt or wheat present. An interesting touch of smoke in the finish and linger.

On draught at the brewpub in West Bend, Wisconsin. Pours an unfiltered lemonade blonde brew with a decent white head that has good retention and lacing. Aroma of light banana esters, a touch of cloves, yeast and multi-grain malt. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated with a sweet banana and yeasty wheat flavor. Finish has a sem-sweet yeast aftertaste with more banana and a hint of clove flavor.
