COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The cloudy look is characteristic of this Bavarian style hefeweizen - an unfiltered wheat beer with banana and clove flavors obtained by fermenting the barley and wheat malt with yeast strain imported from Germany.

"Pours a cloudy bright yellow colour, big white head. Aroma is wheaty and spice with some yeasty and floral notes. Cloves, orange, spices and fresh fruit. PRobably one of the more decent beers on tap here."

Straw color with a diminished off-white head. Pronounced banana peel aromas with hints of wheat and light cloves. Overheard the bartender state to one of the customers that it was brewed with bananas and cloves (wow that’s a statement I’m sure the brewmaster would enjoy). LIght bubblegum and again the banana peel flavors, with minimal malt or wheat present. An interesting touch of smoke in the finish and linger.

On draught at the brewpub in West Bend, Wisconsin. Pours an unfiltered lemonade blonde brew with a decent white head that has good retention and lacing. Aroma of light banana esters, a touch of cloves, yeast and multi-grain malt. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated with a sweet banana and yeasty wheat flavor. Finish has a sem-sweet yeast aftertaste with more banana and a hint of clove flavor.
