clear straw yellow color. Bright white head. Settles to a ringed collar. Spotty lacing. Nose is of pine, pineapple, passion fruit and pavlova. Hop forward smell with little to be had in the way of malt backbone. Crisp and clean hop presence in the mouth. Fresh citrus hops and more of a wheat body. High carbonated, slightly oily. Dry, clean finish with touches of lemon. session beer. not really my thing at all but a good clean beer with good hop presence

Bottle. Pale orange to gold with a thin white head and medium level of lacing. Strong pineapple and passionfruit aromas up front, followed by a pine and an unusual tropical fruit juice finish which slightly detracts. Simple, quaffable and enjoyable flavours of pineapple, passionfruit and lemon, beefed up by a touch of pine. Good strong hop bitterness with just a hint of oil at the front, which fades away slightly and returns at the conclusion for a long finish. Half a dozen please.

Bottle from Beer Cartel. Pale, slightly cloudy amber, minimal white head, quite fruity, sweet, easy drinking, but with a solid APA-level of bitterness. Citrusy, passionfruit, bready malt, quite good.

Bottle shared at CBC Islington during the Ryan Tasting - many thanks to the guest of honor for this on! Pours lightly cloudy gold with a foamy white head. Nice aroma of light citrus pith and minerals. Good balance to the flavor, smooth and cohesive, with basic pale malt sugars and light citrusy hops. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish with modest citrus pith. Nice one.

Bottle - hazy golden honey with a tiny white head, not a lot of fizz large spaced out bubbles, thought it was flat at first glance. First I thought buttery, but really it’s more pavlova, guess that must be the passion fruit. Also bit of citrus. More fizz in the mouthfeel than appearances would suggest. Some sharpness up front and then a nice lingering bitterness across the palate

Sunny gold, well conditioned and just shy of bright. Head is little more than a wafer of airy suds that manages a little lace. Doughy, vibrant tropical fruits, eucalypt and pine resin on the nose with a candyish, Starburst™ come Hubba-Bubba™ berry quality that ties in well. Hefty presence of herbaceous hops gives it an assertive bitterness on the swallow that fades off quickly. Nice, tight and tidy malt profile; the sprightly carbonation seeing it race across the palate with alarming speed. A touch of camphor, eucalypt, pear drops and lime juice in the back amongst the usual medley of pine. Light in body but highly aromatic and flavoursome. This is a pleasant and refreshing Summer quaffer. Balanced to the nines. Another great beer from this brewer! (33cL, fresh batch, no date stamp, Cellarbrations Carlisle)
