2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Found at vintage estate. Was expecting something a little better, perhaps wilder on the yeast side. Decent CO2 but comes across like many fruit beers, dull fruit unsweetened feeling and it seems to be a little higher in alky content, possibly even 6% or so. Medicinal in flavor but not medicinal like a highly hopped IPA. Smell is blueberry or fruit or something with a tart or sour olfactory. Yep, can’t say much about this, however, if you are a big fan of not sweet fruit beers, give this a try.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft sample. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized white head. The aroma was mild pale malts, light blueberry and a touch grassy. The flavor was much of the same. Thin and not very exciting.

12 ounce bottle
If there was ever such thing as a fruit bomb this beer would be a perfect example. Unlike the nose of a sharp lambic the balance is way off. There’s a chance it was a bad bottle but I am not buying another one to find out.
Aroma / Appearance - The strawberry blonde body sparkled with a bubbly white head that was pristine. Looking like a run of the mill lager the nose was like a healthy morning breakfast. A bowl of corn flakes heaped with mounds of fresh blueberries mask anything else that might be going on underneath.
Flavor / Palate - Grainy lemons hit the tongue and then almost immediately fade away to nothingness. The only taste left is that of malted blueberries. Eventually the taste of cool lemon crisp does settle on the palate. The end result is boring, bland, and has too many flaws to recommend to anyone. Even at $1.69 a single it felt like it cost too much.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ Beer Sellar in Newport, Kentucky. Bready tones typical of most lagers but blueberry being at the front lines of the flavor. I really love fruit beers and this, to me, was one delicious brew. It seemed to be a genuine beer. I didnt get the impression of false ingredients or a poor attempt at making a fruit beer.
