3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Musty lemon, rock candy and light malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Dry, musty lemon peel and wheat malt flavor. Very dry - not bad but not like the average witbier.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle. Unfiltered orange-yellow, thin white head. While not completely lacking carbonation, this is still relatively flat. Big wheat flavors coupled with a fruity belgian yeast. The lack of carbonation really brings down what would be quite an enjoyable beer. Sweet golden malt, pleasant medium body. Tasty, but there seems to be issues on the bottling line.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Very nice pour. Big head on a vanilla looking hazy brew. Smell is typical white beer with a hint of hops perhaps. Lots of good sizzle in this, yummy. Does have a genric bitterness that builds during the session but overall, except for that back of throat bitterness, its not too bad of a beer.

first off, no. this is not a wit. doesnt have the aroma, taste or look of one. its a decent blond i suppose, just a hint of hop spice and a dry finish. but a wit? nope.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Hazy golden color. Aroma is mostly banana with very little clove. Taste is banana, bubblegum, clove with a little pepper at the end. Palate is medium body, sticky with a chalky spicy long finish.
Overall, I was very disappointed. I’m not sure if this is trying to be a wit or a hefe but it fails at both.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle pour hazy golden. Nose faint Belgian sugar and spice. Some clove. Taste initial hint of vegetal, then quick sugar malt and spice, followed by wheaty malt flavor. Some bitter finish.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Single bottle from TJ’s. This seems a little all over the place category wise. Is it a witbeer, is it a Belgian ale...I definitely got some of the spice and wheat. But it also seemed a little soapy at times. Okay.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at YardHouse. Pours a hazed pale gold with a small white cap. Looks the part. The smell is wheaty and doughy, with some banana, citrus, and bubblegum. Flavor of wheat, banana, peppery spice, citrus, bubblegum, and soap. The soap started in the middle and muddied the finish. Light-bodied, with a very dry mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. The wheaty, dry mouthfeel is pretty spot-on for the style. It wasn’t bad but was off in a couple ways.

Bottle: nice, smooth, tasty beer. It’s got that great Belgian yeast "kick" but without it being overpowering. A fine, drinkable beer.
