12 oz bottle in a trade with Matt B. No date coding of any kind. Clear in color gold, plenty of carbonation with lasting head. Aroma is mild at best. Light citrus with subtle floral hops.

The flavor is subtle floral, pine and earty hints. Not offensive or off in anyway. However, it is like many other "session" IPAís, a watered down shell of what the beer COULD be. I wish I could try this at a higher gravity because this seems like it has some potential.

From a 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear greenish gold with an off white head. Grassy nose. Flavors of pine and alfalfa. Bitter finish.

Pours a clear gold with a medium white head. Itís aroma is heavy on the hops but smells sweet. It starts out a bit sweet and then it changes to a medium bitter. Itís body is light to medium with a thin but somewhat sticky texture that turns in to a bitter and almost funky cheese-like finish. I most of what this has to offer, but Iím not a big fan of having such a bitter and musty finish.

12 oz. bottle from Liquor Barn (Jefferson Commons). Aroma: Heavy butterscotch and not much else; maybe a little grapefruit besides. Appearance: Unfiltered gold pour with a foamy white head that fades into a skin. Flavor: Matches the nose; pretty much all semblance of hoppy goodness has long since left this beer. Palate: Full body, sticky texture, soft carbonation, abrupt finish. Overall: Obviously an old SIPA. The bottling date on this beer looked like it had been rubbed off, perhaps in shipping? Either way, I took a gamble, and lost.

Slightly hazy gold with a tall white head. Plentiful citrus hops in the aroma and some biscuit. Comes along with a solid citrus bitterness that isnít overpowering. Finishes lightly biscuity with lingering fruity hops. Enjoyable IPA Light.

I like the aroma on this but that's about it. I like a really hoppy bite and this has it, but it stays bitter way too long on the palate. I find myself drinking it faster just so it doesn't have time to build up the bitterness. It's too bad because the taste in not terrible, but that bitterness really kills it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
