Tall can from free beer week. Thanks bud! Pours clear light golden color with a very small white head. Bright bursting floral aroma, some pine, citrus peel, a bit of sweet malts in the background. Flavor is subdued with bright pine hops, a bitter grassy feel, and just a hint of sweet and floral citrus peels. Ever so light sweet malt but really not much there. Session IPA for sure, with a super light and crisp mouthfeel with medium to high carbonation. Good brew for the beach or on the lake.

UPDATED: APR 7, 2014 (Thanks Peter "phaleslu") Can. A- Citrus, peach, pine, floral. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Floral, tropical citrus, bitter, piney, herbs. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- My first "session" IPA. I donít really buy this style as I donít see how this is any more sessionable than a normal IPA. Nonetheless itís good. Nice citrus tones balanced with floral. There is a bite to it and plenty of bitterness to go around. The warmer it got the finish was very piney and excellent at that!

Big can receive in free beer week from phaleslu. Pours darker orange with white head. Smell is pungent citrus with some tropical and pine notes. Taste is not up to snuff with the nose, but still quite nice. Taste is 50/50 citrus/floral with a hint of a malt backbone. Palate is a bit thin and flavor runs out quickly. Still I like the session IPAs and glad to see them on their own.

Hazy brownish orange, ring of foam. Smells a bit ike pine and bright citrus. Crisp palate. Nice woodsy bitterness. Clean malt flavors, too. Not bad, I would get this again.

Bottle purchased at Celebrate Local. Clear gold with a thick white head. Aroma of malt, along with piney and grassy hops. Malty flavor with piney hop accents before a grassy finish.

Two pints and then a couple of 12 oz bottles. Mostly clear golden-amber with a lasting ring of cream. Aroma is spicy pear, flowery pollen, resin and a bit of citrus zest. Flavor is the same pleasant blend with a dry enough finish to make you want more. Slightly more than light body has a very nice balance with a dry finish and smooth, medium carbonation. My new favorite amongst a half dozen really nice SIPAs Iíve sessioned.

Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate grass, citrus, grapefruit, dank hops, and a hint of lemon. It pours a dull transparent gold with a two finger white head that fades to a thin film outlined by a thicker ring. There is a good amount of dripping soapy lacing. The flavor starts with a quick dose of citrus and lemon peel. The finish has light-moderate grapefruit, lighter grass, light lemon, and a touch of floral/dank hops. Itís light bodied with mild carbonation. Overall, a tasty Session IPA.

Pours very light golden color with minimal white head. Subtle earthy/piney nose, maybe a bit of citrus in the aroma as well. Light body with strong hop bite, hits you early with citrus on front of the tongue, but washes away on the back of the tongue to a dry finish as expedited with high IBU/low abv. Overall, very impressed with this session IPA. Without side by side comparison, this is my fav new SIPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Poured clear copper color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate earthy and citrus and small malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy earthy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable brew that exceeded my expectations.
