10/02/2015: Smells like a baked pumpkin pie after it has been chilled in the refrigerator; red orange color; very pumpkiny (too much like pumpkin juice) with a dry cinammon spice in the finish; average body; okay, but just doesn’t sit well in my stomach; much prefered the Madtree PumpCan that I decided to have after this one... Bottle at The Southgate House Revival in Newport, KY.

Pours gold with a white head. Aromas of pumpkin, and spices. Taste the same with some malt sweetness. Can actually taste a little crust also. Not to bad.

Not bad for a pumpkin ale but that is not the same as good. This is an orange beer. Pumpkin spice is pretty mild in the nose but his you harder one you taste it. There is a good breakfast cereal malt character in the background but this is not too sweet. It is medium to full bodied with vigorous carbonation. It finishes with some lingering spice and brown sugar.

Poured from a tap. Clear golden color, small white head. Not much of an aroma. Light body with a light pumpkin flavor and a watery finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

on tap @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear dark amber with a thin ivory head cover, spots and dots of lace. Taste is malt with pumpkin and light spices that moves without trouble through the palate to a finish with a hint of bittering. A simple, easy-drinking brew, but not as appealing as it might be.

I had on draft and was impressed. However I bought a bottle and seems very thin, no head. Aroma is the best part of this beer. Not very impressive at all. A sweet spicy flavor (flavor of fall) that fades very quick to nothing. Very thin on the tongue. Not a great pumpkin beer.

The aroma is sweet with pumpkin and spices but slightly plasticy. The appearance is amber with a tiny head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is typical. Overall fun to try as a seasonal but not a favorite.

Pours clear copper with almost no head. Nose of thanksgiving pumpkin pie. Taste is of spice, pumpkin, and bitter hop. Not bad! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From bottle. Clear brown amber color. Aroma is somewhat spiced, but it is very faint. Taste is much better, with pumpkin purée, pie spices, and some caramel. Thin bodied, but it tastes just like pumpkin pie.

Pours a slightly hazy orange-amber with a decent sized off-white to khaki head that settles to a ring and doesn’t really lace. Nose involves some restrained pumpkin pie spices, a dash of cinnamon, some actual pumpkin flesh coming through. Somewhat sweet, a bit more bitter. Medium bodied, fairly active, somewhat oily, finishing toasty with spices lingering. An ok brew, but not too exciting. Was looking forward to the contributions of the molasses, but didn’t get much from it.
