Naka (407), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 14, 2008 Sampled on draft at the Pour House. Pours a semi clear amber brown color. Aroma has some spice, but has a lot of sweet peach with just a hint of bitterness. The flavor almost has a little nuttiness. A good sweetness from the candi sugar, but maybe a little much. The fruity esters are there, but they are pretty light. A little bit light on body, but it keeps it nice and refreshing.
FROTHINGSLOSH (1465), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 13, 2008 Sampled on draft at the Rivertowne Pub this beer poured a dark chestnut color with a medium sized tan head. The aroma was lightly sweet, malty and fruity. The flavor was sweet, malty and had a touch of ripe fruits. There was a light sugary and yeasty undertone and a touch of honey in the sweetish malty finish. Decent but nothing really stood out on this one.
