COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We jacked this medium bodied German Kolsch in all aspects with an abundance of hops. We then dry hopped this ale with 2 pounds of Amarillo hops to really give it to tradition! Cheers to creativity!

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy pale yellow color with a small foamy beige head that faded quickly and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was faint tart and fruity hops with a semi sweet undertone and a touch of must. The flavor was tart and citric with fruity hops, orange, pineapple and grape and a slightly bitter undertone. Long tart pineapple, orange and grape finish. Medium body. Easy drinking in a good way.
