What do you get when you cross Fuggley E.S.B. with a rye beer? FUGGEN RYEGHT!!! This English ale has a subtle rye spiciness to go along with its Fuggle hop flavor and aroma. Serving this pint on nitrogen enhances hop flavor and delivers a creamy sensation that is sure to Fugg you up!!!

If this was a rye beer, don’t order a corned beef on rye here. No aroma. Bland yellow color. Taste of a Bud, no rye at all. Terrible.

On tap at Rivertowne. Light rye aroma but hardly anything else. Clean, no hops. Medium gold amber hazy with thin lacing head. Medium watery body with light carbonation. Nice rye grain flavor with a touch of acidity. Good sweet bitter character. Smooth, with a clean after. By no means too Fuggly.
