This full bodied sweet stout was aged on bitter sweet chocolate to add to an already scrumptious finish.

A- Translucent dark grapefruit-pink body served in a pint glass with a very thin white head. Head quickly subsides and leaves nothing behind. Body color is very interesting. S- Big sweet fruity smell with some breadiness in the background. T- Initial taste is full of big blackberry flavor. It is not overly sour or overly sweet-just a nice authentic blackberry flavor. A yeasty breadiness balances the background. Flavor in consistent the whole way through. P- Low carbonation and light yeasty mouthfeel. Not thin or watery. O- This is a pretty good fruit beer. Flavor is authentic and not overpowering with sweetness. I probably could have had another pint but I wanted to try something else. Serving type: on-tap Reviewed on: 10-08-2007 00:16:12

11/13/07 - Draft sample at the Pourhouse. Malt and coffee goodness aroma. touch of hops and hint of chocolate finish. Touch of hops. A bit cappicino-esque. Pretty decent stout.
