From a can. Playful and aromatic wit. Spicy with notable hop finish. A great riff on the style but this beer is still recognizeable as a wit. Clean finish with no off-flavors that can often come through the softness of a wit.

12oz can thanks to David MacGivesallhisbeeraway! Thanks bro! Pours a hazy yellow color with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, sweet grain, faint citrus, and banana. Taste mimics the nose with more lemony notes. Meh

Sample at the Big Tap In on 05/31/2014. Hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily. Stringy lacing. Aroma of wheat, malt and fruit. Light to medium body with flavors of spiced wheat, citrus and malt. The finish is fruity with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

12oz can from Spirits Brick. Poured a rather ugly yellow with a slight brown tint flat body under a smaller creamy bright white head. Aroma is floral, banana, touch of clove and wheat. Body is flatter with a milky feel and a quicker fading aftertaste. Flavor isn’t as good as the aroma. Notes of clove, banana and bubble gum.

Can thanks to DrSilverworm. Very cloudy dark yellow pour with a small foamy head that collects to a thick ring and leaves some lacing. Aroma is strong wit yeast with some pepper, coriander and pineapple. Tastes like a typical witbier with a hint of pineapple. Very yeasty, strong coriander spice, lots of wheat, hint of lemon. Belgian yeast always dominates in these beers which is why I generally avoid them. The pineapple adds something unique so I enjoyed this more than most witbiers.

Can shared by Dr Silverworm. Pours hazy yellow color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with fair lacing. Moderate citrus, spice and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium spice sweet flavor with a medium citrus sweet finish of average duration. My expectations where met.

Can sample at the Rivertowne tasting at Blacklick Wine & Spirits on 4/10/14. Hazy gold pour with a thick white head. Aroma of malt, banana, pepper, citrus and coriander. Malty and white peppery flavor with banana accents before a dry coriander finish.
