3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can. Nose of strong wheat and somewhat less coriander (but still very spicy), not a ton of citrus. Pours hazy deep golden with tons of carbonation and a soapy off-white head. Taste of wheat and malt, strong orange peel with no real bitterness or pepper, a little bit of rubber astringency. Thankfully not coriander soup but there’s still a lot, and the generic Blue Moon "spiced" quality dominates nonetheless. Fullish body, slimy, intensely coating with its flavors, but generally refreshing (just one that I’d take much slower -- a summer sipper).

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Transfer from BA review on 5-16-13-
Poured from can into a pint glass
Appearance – Pours a medium hazed yellow-golden color with a one finger white head. The head has a moderate level of retention fading to leave a trace level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is grainy and yeasty with a wheat and lemon smell. Along with these aromas are more of the same classic wit aromas that would be expected with notes of a grassy hop, some coriander and clove and a good biscuit malt backbone.
Taste –The taste begins with a biscuit and lemon citrus flavor mixed with a moderate amount of yeast. The taste starts out drier for a wit and gets even more so as the taste advances from the start until the very end where it seems to sweeten up again. The yeasty flavors grow stronger and stronger as the taste moves on bringing with them flavors of coriander and clove. Toward the end an orange citrus and some flavors of banana bring a bit of sweetness to the brew. A light grassy flavor also comes to the tongue at the end of the taste to leave a rather dry and pleasant yeasty wit taste on the tongue.
Mouthfeel –The body of the brew is a little creamier for a wit with a carbonation level that is slightly lower. While not traditional, the slightly creamier body is nice for the biscuit flavors of the brew with the yeasty flavors seemingly accentuated by the thicker body and lower carbonation as well.
Overall – A fairly tasty wit with an overall drier taste and a good malty and biscuit flavor. Fairly pleasant and well worth a try.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pale golden colored pour. Big white head. Plenty of lacing. A bready aroma with malt and yeast in the forefront. Some spiciness lingers around. Taste is spicy with yeast and a wheat flavor. Slight banana in the finish along with an unpleasant over-bitterness.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce can into pint glass, no canning date. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy golden straw color with a 1-2 fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with some moderate streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, banana, pear, orange peel, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, pear, banana, orange peel, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light tartness and earthy spice on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, banana, pear, orange peel, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and robustness of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice witbier. Good balance and robustness of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
From a can. Playful and aromatic wit. Spicy with notable hop finish. A great riff on the style but this beer is still recognizeable as a wit. Clean finish with no off-flavors that can often come through the softness of a wit.
