FROTHINGSLOSH (5039) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 5, 2012
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a reddish caramel color with a small foamy off white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet sugar and mixed berries. The flavor was very sweet artificial sugar and moderate mixed berries and a faint undertone of spice. Too much of a Frankenberry cereal presence. The finish was very long tangy artificial sugar and berries. Medium body. Disappointing.
