12oz can with red nosed fish. Poured an amberish color with an averaged sized off white head. Caramel and cinnamon. The Cinnamon made itself very apparent.

Clear amber with a rustic caramel nose and a bit of cinnamon, and a light bit of cream cheese frosting. Flavor has a strong note of spice cake, so there’s like some sweet cinnamon and nutmeg, a light bit of cream cheese, with a earthy cake like tone throughout.

Sampled draught as part of a flight at Palm Harbor House of Beers, on January 21, 2014.
Clear copper color, off-white head. Sweet, malty, nutty, cookies, coconut taste. Coconut aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet, fruity scent.

Awesome imperial red ale with cinnamon finish. Hides 8.1% very well. Taste subtle cinnamon in the aftertaste but not overpowering like cinnamon beers I’ve had in past. Real drinkable for imperial!

Can from Capone’s, Pours hazy ruby with little head. Nose is very spicy, malty. Tastes of caramel malt, with overpowering spice. Offputting.

Icy cold from a can. Heavy thick malty cinnamon aroma. Looks like iced tea with a thin alabaster head. First taste is big massive sweet cloying alky laced viscous brew with tons of cinnamon. Mind you, the cinnamon is not hot, its just more like heavily. I hope its not above the lethal human dose, heheh. Some co2 sizzles thru the spice. Yes, cloying at first then it gets a little more acceptable, perhaps the 7% is making my senses a little numb. I’m not much for spiced beer so take this rating with a grain of salt, or some grain alcohol. Not impressed with the spice. Long thick seasonal spice finish.

Dark red-amber body, thin off-white head, minimal lacing. Sweet caramel, stonefruits, massive cinnamon. Medium bodied, cloying sweetness, spice distracts. Not good.

Can. Pours a hazy amber with thin off-white head and soapy lace. Nose is dominated by spice, mostly cinnamon, some fruit, apple, caramel. Medium body. Taste is also dominated by cinnamon. Little too over the top spiced for my taste.

Draft at hidden valley ski resort pub. Mostly brown color. Aroma of mild Belgium candy, cinnimon, brown sugar, caramel. Slight roasted malt taste. Medium body. Mild carbonation. Enjoyed this beer. Time to ski again.

On tap the brewery. Smells like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal with some acidity. Amber brown, clear, with thin off-white head. Medium-light watery body with smooth medium carbonation. Sweet malty start with a nice cinnamon flavor, though not a ’hot’ or overpowering cinnamon flavor. Decent hop bitterness. Tastes like liquid Cinnamon Toast Crunch with a nutty hoppy finish.
