Draft at hidden valley ski resort pub. Mostly brown color. Aroma of mild Belgium candy, cinnimon, brown sugar, caramel. Slight roasted malt taste. Medium body. Mild carbonation. Enjoyed this beer. Time to ski again.

On tap the brewery. Smells like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal with some acidity. Amber brown, clear, with thin off-white head. Medium-light watery body with smooth medium carbonation. Sweet malty start with a nice cinnamon flavor, though not a ’hot’ or overpowering cinnamon flavor. Decent hop bitterness. Tastes like liquid Cinnamon Toast Crunch with a nutty hoppy finish.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a very dark brown color with red highlights and a small beige head that faded quickly and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was semi-sweet cherry, nut and cola. The flavor was sweetish, tangy and malty with touches of nut, vague fruits, cinnamon and bread. The finish was medium length tangy, malty and nutty. Fairly full bodied. Ok.

Solid brown-style ale that pours a deep red color, solid malty flavors with a very subtle hopiness and a tiny bit of spice. This is a really drinkable beer, I could drink this all day. Awesome.
