On tap at Rivertowne. Light sweet malty aroma and light dusty grain. Very light hops aroma. Medium golden amber clear with this off-white head. Medium watery body with light carbonation. Starts dry with light pilsner malt. Sweet brown sugar, dry grain. Good dry bitter finish and after. Sweet with a bit of warming. Good bock but a touch astringent.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark orange-amber color with a trace white head. The aroma was a very nice mix of sweet sugar, brown sugar and light candied fruits. The flavor was sugary, sweet and malty with moderate floral and fruity hops. The middle turns a bit rough and bitter and the finish is long sweet candied fruits. Nicely complex but booziness intrudes. Interesting.
